We’ve picked a date, I know your session goal, you’re officially in my calendar… so now what?

As a client of mine, the goal is to make you feel as prepared as possible for our session together. In order to do this, I’ve created a streamlined process that I always follow after you’ve booked your session.

Here is what to expect after you’ve booked your session:

The very first thing you will receive is my Client Experience Guide. This guide will lead you through how to style your family’s wardrobes for your session. I’ve included a color palette that will insure everyone photographs beautifully! You will also learn how to set expectations for your kiddos.

Next, you will receive a questionnaire that will help both of us going into your session. I want to know all about you and your family! Have you ever had professional photos taken before? How many family members will be joining? And how old are the kids? I’ve gained so many friends through capturing the most exciting, sweet, and important details of their lives and can’t wait to meet more!

One week before your session, you will get a final details email. This includes everything you might need to know about the location we’ve chosen, where to park, how to get there, and where we can meet each other. After we’ve had our fun and all of your moments have been captured, you will receive a sneak peek in your inbox within 48 hours. You’ll get to enjoy a few favorite shots before the full gallery is delivered up to two weeks prior to your session date!

This process has taken me a few years to nail down, but I value being able to give each of my clients a streamlined, consistent experience that sets all of us up for a successful session together. Plus it’s so fun to empower my families and give them confidence going into sessions!
